Wedding Photography and Videography

Step 1 - Fill out the contact form!

• Great! You’re interested in working with me to document your wedding day or portrait session. I ask for the basic details (name, phone number, email address, date, and any other details you may want to include).

Step 2 - Initial Consultation Call (Video or Phone)

• I’ll start off the communication by responding quickly to your inquiry. I find the best way to get to know each other, is to set up a call so we can meet and chat. I’ll look to do this call in the evening, so we can relax and not worry about what’s going on at work.

Step 3 - Booking and Contract Signing

• Awesome, you’re at the point where you are ready to book. I’ll send you a contract to sign electronically. An initial deposit is also due at the time of booking to secure your date.

Step 4 - Communication and Follow Ups

• About 2 months prior to your wedding day, I’ll send you a wedding day questionnaire. This is where you’ll outline contact people / contact numbers, any specific cultural or religious items to be aware of, list of VIPs at your wedding, and a number of other things.

• I’ll ask for an updated timeline, so I can review it and provide any necessary input

• Of course, you can reach out to me at any time with questions you might have.

Step 5 - Celebrate Your Wedding

• It’s here! Your day has finally come and we are ready to have a blast. We want you to relax and enjoy your day with family , friends , and colleagues. We’ll be hard at work, documenting, creating and making your day the best!
